How to Donate

Donations will go directly to The National Transplant Assistance Fund & Catastrophic Injury Program (NTAF), who will then disperse those funds to Chuck, for specified medical expenses only, upon his request. All donations are tax deductible.

You may donate either by writing a check or using your credit card.

2. Complete the web form to make tour contribution.

It's that easy! You can donate in any amount of $10.00 or more.

To Use Your Credit Card via Telephone

1. Call NTAF at : 800-642-8399 to make a secure donation.

To Write a Check

1. Make your check payable to: NTAF South-Atlantic Traumatic Brain Injury Fund
2. Important: Write "In Honor of Chuck Russell" on the memo line of your check.
